This is a communication issue with AppStore or Google Play Store, in order to fix it first:
1. Review if your subscription is active, for iOS->https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 for Android-> https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7673989
2. Connect to stable wifi, and activate mobile data and wifi on your device.
3. If your subscription is active please try to uninstall and reinstall the app,
4. Restore your purchase.
